Under Tank foam lining......Obviously not available.

I have no foam lining on mine.

Curious as to where you're seeing that.

There is no foam under the tank, I bought my bike new. Tank is mounted with back and front mounts and rubber boots and two side rubbers that go on tank seam on top of the frame.

All my tanks have the foam and have just looked at the Bros parts book and the foam is there.

What is part number 23?

I know the ST police bikes have foam too. Assumed to keep noise down. I assume the Bros has it for the same reason.

I would guess probably mandatory in a country where the bros was sold but not in America??
