  • Enrichment Plunger Adjustment

    The adjustment method for the enricheners doesn’t make sense. I measured mine and got 12 mm instead of 10-11. Loosening the lock nut and rotating the cable elbow does nothing. Seems to me that if the end of the enrichener extends out a little farther when closed is not a bad thing as it more securely closes the enrichment circuit. I’ll just put it all back together. “Don’t fix something that isn’t broke” seems to make the most sense.

    You did the right thing leaving well enough alone. I think I tried to adjust the plungers 20 years ago, didn't notice any difference and didn't bother trying to adjust after that.

      I've never adjusted them and until now I didn't know they where adjustable (still pretty sure they are not).

      Just screw em in and leave em.
      Don't spend money and buy, spend time and learn.
