  • Float Bowl gaskets replaced Successfully

My first venture into opening up a carb.... Pulled the carbs; I used WD40 to lubricate the boots/carb throats; that made the carb removal much easier.
Opened the bowls and replaced the gaskets. The K&L gaskets had a few "waves" in them which made keeping them in the o-ring groove difficult.
So I used silicone grease in the o-ring grooves and that retained the gaskets sufficiently. The bike ran great today. The How-To write-up with photos really helped.

Thanks to Squirrelman for his suggestions and encouragement.
