Rear suspension advice

Does anyone have the Progressive 420 shock fitted to their Hawk / Bros how does it compare to the OEM shock or the 900RR conversion, I weigh
210lbs and occasionally carry a pillion I find the standard shock woeful any advice would be appreciated

At 210# I don't think you want the Progressive. It'll be better than std., but probably not good enough for what you need.

i weigh 230 "winter weight" and still 215-220 most of the riding year..

what do us big guys need for a rear spring? and what shock is stiff enough to control it?

btw, i already plan to order my fork springs and rear spring from you.. im just waiting until i have the bike running and ridable before i order even more stuff for it.
