I have an 88 model Hawk. The rear rotor is warped and it makes an otherwise completely fun bike a pain in the arse. I got the new rotor and removed the tire to find that I'm going to need to remove the hub in order to replace the rotor (as far as I can tell). I'm not intimate with the single side swingarm and hub assembly. Is that big nut on sprocket a reverse thred? and are there any tips or tricks to making this process easier?
WOW!
Now that's what I call help. Thank you very much for the great info and service manual to boot. you guys RAWK
