How to install Ducati spindle mod

Bought Bills kit and kind find the thread for install. Can anyone guide me on what the spacer and hardware is for?
Running a 5.5in Ducati rear wheel

The big spacer is for shimming the wheel. The small spacers go into the wheel and fit over the spikes on the hawk Hub. Not sure what you did for spindle not arrangements but hopefully it is in the rest of the kit Bill sent you..
