Hello! I have been trying to (re) join the hawkgt forum and stumbled across this one. Would this by chance be the same goup of people? I rarely posted there, mosty lurked and read the digest, but did get some great advice on front suspension from friendly folks.
Even if you are a different bunch, it's a treat to see the bike can still inspire a forum!
I have an unmodified '89 (only shimmed the needles to get rid of the hesitation at ~2300rpm). It's waiting for me to work on it some.
