Cheap Chineesium rings sounds like a recipe for disaster. Run don't walk ...

Why would you want to save money on the parts that actually keep the smoke in? How much cheaper are those rings than the expensive rings? Would you get your girl a cheap ring? If you did, would she put out very long? Buy good rings so she’ll put out.

Don't save a nickel on bearings, fork seals, caliper seals, or piston rings. Especially piston rings.

I saw the same thing. I'm having issues with my bike blowing smoke. When I tried to wipe the muffler, it's wet meaning the oil is leaking. Brought it to the mechanic and he said possible valve seal. He suggested I buy some piston rings, pistons, valve seals and gasket.

I opted to get the original piston rings, pistons and valve seals. I'm just waiting for my gaskets from AHL to arrive from aliexpress before I proceed.

www.hordpower.com for all you need. JD Hord is a member here, and can get any Honda part you need, assuming it is still made.
