    New owner from Spain.

    Hello,

First, I have to say sorry for my English, a lot of time without practice and I don't whant use translators, I want use my mind. if you whant correct some of my words or phrases, it's welcome.

I come from Spain, from a little town called Aranjuez, Madrid.

I'm gonna be a new owner of a 88' hawk in a few days, a unit for restoration...

It's going to be difficult, because in Spain there is no one more, I never see a hawk on the road or sale... I think that is probably one of 2 or 3 that I heard that exist in Spain.

So, I'm going to have a lot of issues and doubts!

I will pick up on Friday, I will post here photos of it, explain my ideas about it for share whith all of you.

    I'm a little collector of a 90's hondas, I love so much.

Thank you very much for this forum, it will help me so much!!

    Repeat, sorry for my English.

I've spent most of my money on women, beer, cars and motorcycles. The rest of it I just wasted.

check your news source. We're a red state.

              FAKE NEWS !

All the silly republicans in these comments really going to turn this into a partisan issue when the red states have the highest STD rates in the country. Hawaii isn't even in the top 10.

Source? I love when people throw numbers out there with absolutely no data to back it up lol

A standard Hawk Gt forum thread hijacking ....

LMK and I'll clean things up if so desired.

I'd guess that should just about cover the newb hazing unless we think of something really fun

                  Welcome to the Cult !

If we are hazing the new guy... “Your chain is too tight!”

But seriously, make sure there is plenty of slack in your chain. There’s a link to an awesome video in the How To section.

Today is the day, I'm going to see and check the bike and, if everything it's more or less ok, buy it.

I know that it need a lot of work but the price I think is ok for me.

Hope to pay and pick up to home today or tomorrow, the bike is near to my home, 30 km.

So, I will need your help, there's no one more in Spain I think!!

Thanks again for your welcome guys!!

                          Regards.

There are many collectors of Bultaco's and Montesa's in the United States who must find parts in Spain. Perhaps there is one on this forum who would work with you to ship Hawk parts to Spain if you can find Spanish parts for them.
