    1986 Honda VFR500F Interceptor

    1986 Honda VFR500F Interceptor

    Anyone know any information about these bikes?

    I have the option to buy one for $200 that is in less than perfect condition, but all of the parts are intact - minus the front fairing.

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

      well, not ebay, and it is a 5hr/each way to go pick it up.
      So I would have to consider the gas money.

      The current owner does not know anything about it, just buys
      everything he finds in old barns.

        Yu could part it out on ebay and get more than $200 back!

            sorry, but I decided not to make the trip to buy that bike.

            Instead I found and bought what I have been calling the
            Barn Hawk.

            Much better decision!

                nope, it was in NN Oklahoma, it would have been about a 6hr one way trip/

                    sorry, but when I did not jump on it, someone else did, it was at the North border of Oklahoma, off 35.
