Best Sushi?

Assuming you're into sushi, what's your favorite sushi joint?

Mine are Shiki Sushi in Oyster Bay, NY, Sakura in Fairfield, CT, and Wasabi in Greenpoint, NY... in that order more or less. Because the waitresses at Shiki are hot, but you can't beat Sakura for ambience.

I had some great sushi that a japanese exchange student made me and my roommate one time. She also made some insane tasting soup...
I havent really hit too many sushi joints though, I must confess.

Mine was Sakura in Amrillo...but since they've opened they've killed two people. They had THE BEST whitefish I'd ever had...good enoguht hat I probably would have gotten over one death, but seeing the two notches in their carved katana door handles just kinda makes you leary of the place.

first guy got bochalism or however that's spelled and it screwed with one of his other medical issues

the second got food poisoning and his kidneys and liver both basically just shut down while he was trying to deal with it at home

both guys would have been fine if they'd have about 10 more IQ points...
