      Two of my favorite things!

              I was think'n ... one could taking a side of bacon before its sliced , cured/ smoked whatever And making small incisions to incert sliced garlic... the same treatment I'd give a London broil

                    Dude, i actually made some by accident tonight. I melted some butter and garlic and chopped up some bacon with some Udon noodles to try and just throw some stuff in a bowl and make it work. turned out pretty yummy!!
