    Any doctors on here?

    I drilled a hole in my hand. It was an accident but it happens. Drill bit looks like it went in an inch?

    my hand is ok today, but as soon as it happened the left side of my middle finger went to pins and needles.. today, still..

    I don't want to go to the hospital, but I also want feeling back. Anyone done this? Did it come back?

      I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you may have nicked the median nerve. I hate hospitals, but there are times when a visit is neccessary. This sounds like one of those times.

              I work in a hospital but am not a doctor. I agree with Talon although I doubt they can do much about it. I would guess the numbness with either go away on its own or will stay numb the rest of your life.

                      Ok. I'll go. Fucking hate hospitals but I do use this hand a lot.
