LRRS Gino extra quick race report.

The season just ended. I just got home. I finished third and finished third overall for the season as a first time expert. And still managed to dropped my fastest laps in the 19.5's

    Follow racers follow in.

More to follow. I am beat.. Bed time now.....

          Gino,
It's great to hear things went so well for you.

          Congratulations!

Any plans for the Hawk in the off season?

Knowing Gino the thing will get stripped down and rebuilt AGAIN this winter.

              1) Looking for a Falicon crank.
              2) New piston-(maybe) and rings. Balanced
              3) Ball-hone cylinder walls.
              3) 2mm over on the intake valve. ( I need to verify this, It may have already been performed). Ace cycle in FL sucked and did not do things that were told to do.)
              4) Will get the engine dynoed so I can use the 700 properly. I used the 700 for the past 2 seasons on a carb that was dynoed for a stock motor. Maybe 60-65hp right now Little at a time makes you learn the turns much better.
              5)Paint job.
6)Might need an exhaust system. I am starting to blow out the TBR 2" at the 2 into 1 section.
7)Suspension makover, just rebuilding them and getting them properly sorted out by a pro. Not a back yard mechanic. Although I might say I have not done so bad this far. You learn a hell of a lot doing thngs by yourself. Rather than handing it over to someone and say can you fix this.
Mock up the sharkskinz for Daytona next year.

WOW I did not think I had that much to do.
