Wow, that's awesome! We have a member from Thailand!
Welcome to the forum! Your Bros looks really good - the photo in front of the temple is so cool! (I think Arbuzayarb just automatically won the "treasure hunt" photo contest )

I actually like the high bars. I've never seen that on a Hawk before. You must have modified the top triple to do that! Or swapped it out with a Deauville?

          Ps. My english is suck.
Your English is fine! Better than my Polish - you should see me trying to talk to my in-laws!

I hope we see more posts from you on the Forum!!!

            oic, Magda is from Poland.
I live almost on the border to the north west of Poland.

Within the last ten years of riding Honda Revere and Hawk I have crossed
that very rural nation for at least 20 times. Mostly going to Russia or the Baltic States.
I like the way polish abide by an easy and slow going life.
In the night time you see all of them folks sitting out on the front stairs
or strolling along the village green,
which might you want to join them in their talk...
but our different languages keeps strangers.

If you stop your motorbike out there somewhere in the countryside
you´ll hear nothing but quiet, just peace, no cars, no industry.
Kinda think this is the way my grand parents used live
in these parts more than 60 yrs ago

...and no streetlamps! At least, on the main roads connecting the towns. I was surprised by that.

There are lots of long, long country roads winding though farm land in that part of the country. All I could think of when I first drove through was, "I want my Hawk right now." We also went to Zakopanie, one of the most beautiful & scenic drives of my life. Magda is from Krasnik, near Lublin in the southeast. Yes - the pace of life is very refreshing.

Welcome Arbuzayarb! Who was it that said "other motorcyclists are friends but other hawkers- they're brothers"? I think we should change it a bit- "other motorcyclists are friends but other hawkers are bros"

I thought these clipons were oem,(the big brother to the 400 (J series) seems to have the same setup) well going by the online parts fiche they appear to be.

Thought this might be a ideal opportunity for some mods as the the bike is wintered up ready for some mechanical tlc. Arbuzayarb and his pics tweaked my interest.

Thanks for the ebay info too Jr

Can't tell for sure from the photos but it appears the bars are similar to the way Harley Davidson bars attach- there are two risers which bolt through the top of the triple tree, the top of which are clamps in which you can put just about any hieght and style bar on that you like (which is why you see so many variations of bars on harleys). If Arbuzayarb would be so kind to post a photo of the bars I could tell if that is the case. I'll look at both my bikes tonight and see if it is that simple. If so you could put really high "ape hangers" on if you wish- though I wouldn't recommend it Harley parts are cheap and plentiful.
