Well, here it is a 1988 Hawk Gt. I picked her up about 2 months ago from a local Hawkster name Jay in San Francsico, and from that point on my life has never been the same
!
She had majority of the upgrades that people would do to their hawk, but since she has over 38k on the body and it had other little minor issues with it like:
the radiator was leaking
Top Thermo unit was no good,
Needed to replace some water hoses
Pulled the clip on to the bottom (more racer stance)
cleaned off all the grind with a tootbrush
Replaced the clutch
Rewire the hoses for Unipods
Painted a couple of things
Valve adjustment
Tune up
New swing arm bearings
Dustseals
Some mis, electrical parts
ect
So I decided to purchase another Parts bike hawk with only 19k on the motor. So since I had one hawk for parts and the other to rebuild, this made my life alot easier for parts!
So here she is when I bought her.
