    very cool...

nice job keeping everything clean and sleek looking.. i love the fact you can still see thru the subframe/back of tank area...

exhaust looks huge now.. maybe something shorter that puts the can closer to the stock "down low" location?

      Thanks Dude!

As for the exhaust I was thinking about making the can a little shorter and having the rear pipe re-fabed to move the can up higher and closer to the sub-frame like Ross did on his Hawk. But that will have to wait... I wanna ride it right now and the wifes tried of me working on it...

        That looks great!

Just thinking out loud... you should lose the clocks and put the clipons under the top triple.

I was gonna say the light Gray was growing on me but that Bronze color looks damn good!

Headlights are from Aztec8 $140 for the set without brackets

                          Speaking of the Aztec 8's...

I bolted mine up the day before yesterday and discovered that the plug on the stock loom doesn't mate with the plug on the Aztecs. There's a little connector thingie with pigtails, but I am the most wiring-challenged bastard you will ever meet. Can you tell me what connects to what, please?

Also, what did you do with all that excess wiring?!? Did you shorten it all yourself?

my headlight connector was melted, so that made the choice easy for me... *SNIP*
                            anyway.. as shown here: http://fastgm.com/travis/hawk/hawk-wiring-diagram.gif

                            Blue wire is Highbeam
                            White/Black is lowbeam
                            Green is ground.
now on my bike, i was putting a Vrod headlight in.. so i bought that section of the harness from harley.. (ugh)

i clipped the end off of both harnesses and soldered the wires together..

umm... thinking about what i just said.. i guess that doesnt help you much.. but ive gone too far not to post it.
