This is a Honda Hawk swingarm which was bridged and modified to fit on an RZV 500

yeah i gotta say, after putting the fox shock on the bike and bringing the ride height up to give the bike some cornering clearance, i have been searching for a sidestand solution to make the bike a bit more stable when parked.

I'd like to get one also. I think its the same guy who built the Hawk with the Hawk decals down the side of the fairing. (Someone is using it as a avatar on this forum)

I emailed him a while back for a subframe to mount a RS tail . That guy can fab . Let's get a group buy going!!!! I know he still has the jig for the subframe

I think he's the guy that had a lot to do with the full faired hawk in the favorite hawk pic thread or something. I think he wanted like $200+ for the subframe to mount the RS tail.. There was a guy selling a Hawk connection subframe on CL here for $100. The add disappeared. I was too slowLynn

Maybe I am being cheap but, I spent 47 cents and cut to fit a hockey puck (Canadian ingenuity) and placed it between my frame and kick stand. I must admit that the aluminum stand would look a bit cleaner though.1986 Honda NS400R
