yeah i gotta say, after putting the fox shock on the bike and bringing the ride height up to give the bike some cornering clearance, i have been searching for a sidestand solution to make the bike a bit more stable when parked.

I'd like to get one also. I think its the same guy who built the Hawk with the Hawk decals down the side of the fairing. (Someone is using it as a avatar on this forum)
        Check out his Hawk projects:-

I think he's the guy that had a lot to do with the full faired hawk in the favorite hawk pic thread or something. I think he wanted like $200+ for the subframe to mount the RS tail.. There was a guy selling a Hawk connection subframe on CL here for $100. The add disappeared. I was too slow

Me too if someone can forward it on to the UK. Actually even if no one wants to, I have family in NY who can do it for me. So count me in for one longer sidestand.

He returned my email. He said that for a single piece it would be $100. I sent him another email asking about how long it would take to be ready to ship. When he replies, I'll ask him about a volume discount. I'll post as soon as I here back from him...

HeJust checked my old email. It was 275 for the short track subframe and 350 for the street full length. these were to mount the RS250 tail.

Put me down too for one!!

Maybe I am being cheap but, I spent 47 cents and cut to fit a hockey puck (Canadian ingenuity) and placed it between my frame and kick stand. I must admit that the aluminum stand would look a bit cleaner though.
