I'm really jealous! What color will the bodywork be? I like the black powdercoat.

How much does powdercoating cost? I'm planning on doing this.

here's an old photo of mine. I've changed a lot since this but it'll give you an idea. I'm going to powdercoat the side covers and a few other things in the future (rearsets, rear sprocket, etc.).

535 for the wheels and hawk frame and swinger

here it is as of today reinstalled swinger with all new bearings and stuff....rc51 front end and wheel....

rear wheel would not go on because of the brake rotor nuts hitting the wheel...whats the deal?

That's gonna be gorgeous - especially with those USD forks. What are they from?

Thanks for the info on the powdercoating - now I know what to expect when I have mine done.

Did you have the wheel machined? Are those the right nuts? I have the same wheel on mine and it works fine.

I had to dremel/file/removematerial from the wheel to get it on over the nuts (i guess our nuts are bigger than Doc's )

it was f-ing annoying to do, but once i was finished it bolted up flush and has worked well...
