    My Favorite Hawk

"Here's another awesome BROS special from Denmark. Morten Kristiansen spent over a year putting this Africa Twin powered machine together - time well spent I think. He made the subframe and many other parts himself. While Morten started this project before seeing Phil White's now famous Duhawki, he credits all of his modifications to what he has seen and read on this and other websites. Cheers Morten."--- Taken from Steve Beatty's site.

It sure looks like it, although it may have been fabricated.

I wish I could find out more info.

      I am a Ducati/ Vtwin fan.

That may just be the fanciest, and most modern looking, Hawk I've ever seen. What the hell is in the water in Denmark? They make the sickest customs over there!!!

I personly dont like a Hawk to look like a Duc. Despite I am a Dane In the water we have some stuff that made us build the wiking ships and with them travel around raping and looting, some years ago. sorry for that.

            ?

All that work in a Hawk to make it look like a 916... when he probably coulda bought a real 916 for what he spent on the Hawk. Only 0.001% of bike enthusiasts would even notice it's not a 916. Although I admire the craftsmanship, I like Hawks to look like Hawks... (having said that I have the Two Bros RC31 kit on mine

What kind of radiator is that? I'm looking for something larger than stock, but it needs to be a little narrower; it could be alot taller though.

I have a stck F2 radiator, but it's a little wider than the stock Hawk...

That will fool many a person. Despite looking nothing like a Hawk, it'll improve the visibility of Hawks among the motorcycle community too.

But screw all that pretty stuff. I just want the Africa Twin engine.

                              Air-intake / KN filters

                              http://www.picturetrail.com/uid4805739

Here are some oictures of my resent Air-intake, to help it breath better.
I must warn you against K&N filters. I just found out that there was sand on the inside and it came in under the filter. It seems like it dont fit properly tight at the underside. After closing the airbox I could easy put a plastic-strap under.
Maybe thats why K&N dont sell that filter anymore. After mounting the original filter I had to cange the carb setting much.
