I was loaned a GL1000 one summer with a wind jammer front faring and windshield and a pair of hard saddle bags. Took it on a memorial ride N hwy 1 with one of the significant others riding pillion. We lost three Sunday moring riders when a squid cut a yellow line blind corner and met a minivan who swerved to avoid the squid and head on into three riders in their lane. It was horrible

anyway, I could scrape floorboards on that sucker. Like This one, but without the top box.

I've had a Cub50.S90 ,Hawk and ridden everything but Bubba's bike and the VFR1000. 450/750/Cr125/Cx500/Gl1000 all in their day.Honda in the blood.
Had to do an alternator on a GL1200.That means dropping the engine.

The dealer I worked at in the 90s would not take CXs in trade as nobody would buy the 3 that lingered in the cheapie row. I kept telling people they were going to be cool one day.

I grew up on a black Goldwing with an aftermarket king/queen seat. 77 I think. My dad took me for long rides at night. Almost fell off sleeping at times!! I have a modified 81 C70 with a big bore kit. Basically the same motor as that S90. I wanted those bikes too but always ended up with the cb160. Surprised that bike didn't make the list instead.

I figured the 160 would make the list too. I traded a 160 for my first hawk.,
