It's nice to put a face w/ a name on the forum. What do you think about starting a Sticky geared towards having members post their headshot so that we know who we are talking to? It might help us connect at future events... just a thought. What do you think?

Yeah so here it is. I'll start off. If you all dig the idea maybe we can have a separate section with thumbnails of all of us.
