Yeah, they've got a small market here in Britain. Seen as a cheap, soul-less SV (that's going some, an SV without soul ). There are also quite a few Chinese bikes on the roads, mostly small, cheap commuters or learners, often knock offs of Hondas. The Hyosung is clearly an SV rip off, and word is that Cagiva's replacement for the Mito is going to end up powered by an engine from the Korean company instead of what they had built a prototype with Can't remember what it was, but it was much more interesting than a Hyosung.

The 650 and 250 have been imported to Greece for some time. Rumor has it that the motor is the same with the SV 650 or the Cagiva's Raptor . I know that in greece this bike will flop because of thefashion of fast and furious in line 4's , gsxr R1 cbr , just like SV did . BUT for it's price it is more than descent .

it`s the SV motor, but a bit more powerful. Hysong fiddled with it a bit. GT`s aren`t really crappy, but they do show signs of budget-built. the paint peels off after a while, the nuts and bolts are not stainless steel and the finishing touch isn`t as good as it is with other brands.
What was the start of all this?
When did the cogs of my Hawk begin to turn?
Perhaps it is impossible to grasp the answer now,
from deep within the flow of time...

But, for a certainty, back then,
I loved it so much, yet hated so many.
I hurt others and was hurt myself...

Yet even then, I rode like the wind,
            whilst my laughter echoed
            under cerulean skies...

Korean motorcycle products are not good enough yet to buy except at the bottom-end break-and-throw-away market.
they may get it right in time but not now.
the bike looks tacky to me when u look close

put them on the bench, and then let's see which one has the most horsies

The article I posted a link to has a dyno run for both bikes - the SV makes about 2 hp more than the Korean version.

90% of the morons on MF only tend to believe the folder values (nooo really, a R6 makes 120 rwhp!!! )

hm, that explaines why my Hawk won`t go over 300 mph even though on motor form they said it would
