As far as "pushing" That was the Yellow group (middle group) at a trackday, Probabley doing mid to High 1:30's.... I think Fast is in the low 1:20's

seriously fast kitted hawks: 1:20.5's or faster
fast stock-motored hawks: 1:22's-low 1:23's (depending on how good your suspension is)
fast sv650s: 1:17s?
fast 600s: faster than sv's
etc
etc

oh yeh, rumor has it that the hawk track record for loudon is in the 19's set a few years back...

Dont worry Doc, you were going much slower than mid 1:30's. :P

Best I managed in blue group on my FZR was a few 1:24's and 1:25's, and that was a far cry from any of the riding we did in yellow. No comparison. Move up next time for sure if you get to go before Penguin, just following the faster guys is an experience in itself.

Look at the tape. I did at least a 1:39 and I was being held up by that moto guzzi.
