Supercross round 2 in Oakland CA. 1/15/22 extended highlights

Always a Motocross fan back in the days but with natural terrain tracks, like Carlsbad California, I never got into supercross really it was after my time in Motocross but I do watch it occasionally I hadn't watched one in a while and this one grabbed me because it was close to my old stomping grounds. Enjoy

Dirt riding or Motocross in particular is a very good way to learn how to ride a motorcycle and how to handle yourself and the bike in less than ideal road grip situations. I know quite a few riders who cut their teeth on a dirt bike.

It certainly doesn't need to be a motocross track there can be areas designated for riding in your state as well. Track locations are going to be for those with a little more background and into Motocross racing but sometimes have areas for trail riding that may be available as well.

I used to ride at Carnegie cycle Park, they had a Grand Prix motocross track as well as a few other ones they also have hill climb areas and other trail areas.

LOL I also rode at the Berkeley Marina. actually it was unimproved landfill area THE DUMP that we used to scoot around on and make jumps and what not back in the day.

Now it's all parkland that's reclaimed landfill, and the Berkeley dump is a transfer station I don't even know where it goes now?
