    It is a local competition by the Okinawa Prefectural Police.

    There was also a video of the All Japan Competition, which was similar.

        At least they can ride better than our cops..

        Even the one that broadsides the dude.

        In my expiriance with motorcycle cops here, they should be in cars.

          i keep trying to have TTD work with LEOs and have a special track day for officers on 2 wheels to perform/practice high speed maneuvering.
